主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

カークパトリック４段階評価の３段階まで使用する。研修内容の反応評価・学習評価・行動評価を行い、研修を受講した後の活用可能性を検討する。研修プログラム実施前、実施直後、研修受講１か月後に質問紙と面接からデータを収集する。

The Kirkpatrick Model's first three levels will be utilized. Reaction, learning, and behavioral evaluations of the training content will be conducted to assess the applicability of the training after completion. Data will be collected via questionnaires and interviews before the training program, immediately after its completion, and one month after participation.

1日研修。親となる男性に対する助産師の支援について現状を共有する。父親を取り巻く状況や父親役割獲得を促す支援の必要性について学習する。助産師に期待される役割について学習する。グループディスカッション、ロールプレイを行う。

One-day training session. Share the current state of midwives' support for men becoming fathers. Learn about the circumstances surrounding fathers and the need for support to encourage their role acquisition. Learn about the roles expected of midwives. Conduct group discussions and role-playing exercises.
