日本語
本研究の目的は，Severity Measure for Social Anxiety Disorder（SAD-D）の日本語版を作成し，その信頼性および妥当性を検討することである。さらに，本邦で作成した日本語版SAD-Dを用いて，社交不安症状ネットワークの経時的変化を明らかにすることである。

The objectives of this study are to develop a Japanese version of the Severity Measure for Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD-D) and to examine its reliability and validity. In addition, this study aims to elucidate longitudinal changes in the social anxiety symptom network using the Japanese version of the SAD-D developed in this study.

本研究は，社交不安症（Social Anxiety Disorder, SAD）の診断を受けている者（18歳以上）を対象とする。1回目の調査はおよそ2500名，２回目の調査は1000名，３回目は400名を対象とする。

This study includes individuals aged 18 years or older who have been diagnosed with Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD).The target sample size is approximately 2,500 participants at the first assessment, 1,000 participants at the second assessment, and 400 participants at the third assessment.

オンライン調査会社を通して，日本国内に居住する社交不安症患者を対象に調査を行う。本研究は3回の調査を実施する。1回目は約2,500名を対象とし，2回目は1回目の約半年後に約1,000名，3回目は2回目の約半年後に約400名を対象とする。

The study will be conducted through an online survey company targeting individuals with Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) residing in Japan. The study will consist of three survey waves. Approximately 2,500 participants will be included at the first wave, approximately 1,000 participants at the second wave conducted about six months after the first wave, and approximately 400 participants at the third wave conducted about six months after the second wave.
