介入群には、診療看護師による末梢挿入式中心静脈カテーテル（PICC）挿入における看護的視点を強化することを目的とした教育支援プログラムを実施した。本プログラムは、講義資料、動画教材、事例検討を含み、PICC挿入前・挿入中・挿入後の看護実践について体系的に学修する内容で構成した。

診療看護師として医療機関に勤務している者で、末梢挿入式中心静脈カテーテル（PICC）挿入に関与した経験を有する者。研究の目的および内容について説明を受け、文書による同意が得られた者。

Nurse practitioners currently working in a healthcare setting who have experience related to peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) insertion. Participants who provided written informed consent after receiving an explanation of the study purpose and procedures.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

末梢挿入式中心静脈カテーテル（PICC）挿入を経験したことがない者。
