本研究の目的は、膵管内乳糖粘液性腫瘍に対して術前に施行されたPOPSおよびPOPSガイド下生検が術式決定に与える影響を明らかにすることである。

IPMNに対して手術前の評価目的にPOPSを施行し手術加療を行なった症例

Patients with intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms who underwent peroral pancreatoscopy followed by surgical treatment.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1).未成年者
2.POPSが技術的理由により病変部まで到達できなかった症例
3.他施設で施行されたPOPSデータを含む症例
4.研究責任者または研究分担者が診療情報の欠損や画像の不備により解析が不適切と判断した場合
5.患者より研究参加に拒否の意思が示された場合

2.Cases in which peroral pancreatoscopy could not reach the lesion due to technical reasons
3.Cases that included peroral pancreatoscopy data obtained at other institutions
4.Cases deemed inappropriate for analysis by the principal investigator or co-investigators because of missing clinical data or inadequate imaging
5.Cases in which the patient expressed refusal to participate in the study
