目的/Objectives

日本語
本研究ではAp評価による分類ごとの知覚鈍麻発生率、累積回復率および知覚鈍麻発生のリスク因子について検討する。本研究により、パノラマX線写真での術後知覚鈍麻発生の危険性について評価することができ、今後の口腔外科診療に貢献できると考える。

This study examines the incidence of postoperative sensory numbness, cumulative recovery rate, and risk factors for sensory numbness occurrence by classification based on Ap evaluation. We believe this research enables the assessment of postoperative sensory numbness risk using panoramic radiographs and will contribute to future oral and maxillofacial surgical practice.

① 2018年4月1日から2021年3月31日に研究実施機関で下顎智歯を抜歯されている症例。
② 智歯抜歯時に20歳以上の症例。
③ パノラマX線写真を撮影している症例。

英語
Cases where mandibular wisdom teeth were extracted at the research institution between April 1, 2018, and March 31, 2021.
Cases where the patient was 20 years of age or older at the time of wisdom tooth extraction.
Cases where a panoramic X-ray was taken.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
① 診療情報録の記載が乏しく十分な情報が得られない症例。
② 智歯とともに嚢胞あるいは腫瘍が存在し、下顎管と接触している症例。
③ 智歯抜歯前に知覚鈍麻を発症している症例。
④ 歯冠分割術あるいは2回法が選択されている症例。

Cases where the medical record is insufficient and adequate information cannot be obtained.
Cases where a cyst or tumor is present alongside the wisdom tooth and is in contact with the mandibular canal.
Cases where sensory numbness has developed prior to wisdom tooth extraction.
Cases where crown sectioning or a two-stage approach has been selected.
