選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

本研究内容に興味を持ち、公募に応じて自発的に参加を志願する大学生または大学院生 (神経筋、内科的、整形外科的疾患を有してない者、日常的な薬品の服用および喫煙歴のない者、強化部に属していない者)。

University undergraduate or graduate students who express interest in the study and voluntarily consent to participate. Eligible participants must have no neuromuscular, internal, or orthopedic disorders; no habitual medication use or smoking history; and must not belong to a university athletic club.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

神経筋、内科的、整形外科的疾患を有する者、日常的な薬品の服用および喫煙歴のある者、強化部に属している者

Individuals with neuromuscular, internal, or orthopedic disorders; individuals with habitual medication use or a smoking history; and individuals belonging to a university athletic club.
