スコーピングレビューにより、成人移行期にある在宅重症心身障害児(者)とその家族が抱える心理社会的問題について全体像を明らかにする。
さらに、移行の各段階において抽出された問題を、本人、養育者、きょうだい の視点から整理してリサーチギャップを特定し、今後の研究上の課題を明確にする。
このレビューは、在宅重症心身障害児(者)の円滑な成人移行支援および在宅生活支援の体制構築への重要な示唆となることが期待される。

This scoping review aims to elucidate the overall situation regarding psychosocial issues experienced by home-cared individuals with severe motor and intellectual disabilities and their families during the transition to adulthood.
Furthermore, this review seeks to identify research gaps by organizing the extracted psychosocial issues presenting at each stage of the transition process from the perspectives of the individuals, their caregivers and their siblings.
This review's findings are expected to provide important suggestions for the development of systems that support the smooth transition to adulthood and home-based living among this population.

C：成人移行期における在宅重症心身障害児(者)とその家族の心理社会的問題
C：病院や施設ではない、自宅での生活を送っている者を対象とした文献

Literature that meets the following criteria will be included:
Population (P): Individuals with severe motor and intellectual disabilities and their families.
Concept (C): Psychosocial issues experienced by home-cared individuals with severe motor and intellectual disabilities and their families during the transition to adulthood.
Context (C): Studies focusing on home-cared individuals, rather than those in hospitals or institutional settings.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

以下のいずれかに当てはまる文献は除外する。
1. 重症心身障害児(者)およびその家族の抱える心理社会的問題について、主観的な記述が抽出できない文献
2. 成人移行期にある重症心身障害児(者)について記述がない文献
3. 実際の生活状況や支援環境を反映していない、プログラムの開発やその評価に関する文献
4. 質的研究以外の研究文献
5. 英語あるいは日本語以外で執筆されている文献
英語
Literature that meets the following criteria will be excluded:
1. Publications from which no subjective descriptions of psychosocial issues experienced by individuals with severe motor and intellectual disabilities or their families can be extracted.
2. Studies that do not include descriptions of individuals with severe motor and intellectual disabilities during the transition to adulthood.
3. Studies focusing on the development or evaluation of programs that do not reflect actual living conditions or support environments.
4. Quantitative or other types of research that are not qualitative.
5. Publications written in languages other than English or Japanese.

本研究は、重症心身障害児の成人移行期における心理社会的問題を明らかにすることを目的としたスコーピングレビューである。本研究の報告は、PRISMA-ScRに基づいて行う。
検索データベースは、医学中央雑誌Web版、CiNii、PubMed、CINAHLを用いる。

This scoping review aims to clarify the psychosocial issues faced by individuals with severe motor and intellectual disabilities during the transition to adulthood. The review will be conducted and reported in accordance with the PRISMA-ScR guidelines.
The literature search will be conducted using the Medical Central Journal Web Edition, CiNii, PubMed, and CINAHL databases.
