現状の課題の明確化: 教職員および作業療法士へのインタビュー調査を通し、学校現場における不登校支援の現状の課題、および医療機関（作業療法士）への連携ニーズを多角的に明らかにする。

支援ツールの検討・開発: 上記の調査結果に基づき、教職員が作業療法の視点や知見を容易に活用し、医療機関（作業療法士）との連携を深めることを目的とした「作業療法導入に関するツール」の構成要素を導出し、その妥当性を検討・開発すること。

Development of Support Tools: Based on the above survey findings, derive the components of "Tools for Introducing Occupational Therapy" designed to enable faculty and staff to readily utilize occupational therapy perspectives and expertise while deepening collaboration with healthcare institutions (occupational therapists). Subsequently, evaluate and develop the validity of these tools.

1.The current state and challenges in the field of school education for school-age children and students who refuse to attend school are clearly structured through qualitative analysis using SCAT and extracted as categories and storylines.
2.Opinions and values regarding the role of occupational therapy in supporting school-age children and students who refuse to attend school are extracted as distinct categories through inductive thematic analysis.

本研究は介入や治療を伴わない質的観察研究である。教職員および作業療法士への半構造化面接とフォーカスグループディスカッションによりデータを収集し、不登校支援における課題と作業療法導入の可能性を構造的に明らかにする。

This is a qualitative observational study that does not involve any intervention or treatment. Data will be collected through semi-structured interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with teaching staff and occupational therapists to structurally clarify the challenges in truancy support and the potential for introducing occupational therapy.
