歯科治療恐怖症患者が、治療を敬遠する理由の一つとして医療従事者への恐怖心と不信感が挙げられる。
根本的な歯科への恐怖心を払拭するために、歯科医療従事者への信頼感、歯科治療への適応を客観的に評価する。

One of the reasons why patients with dental phobia avoid treatment is their fear of and distrust in dental professionals.
In order to overcome fundamental dental anxiety, this study objectively evaluates patients' trust in dental professionals and their adaptation to dental treatment.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
１）長崎大学病院を受診し、歯周治療を行う重度歯科恐怖症患者
２）MDASスコアが19点以上の患者
３）18歳以上の患者

英語
1)Patients with severe dental phobia receiving periodontal treatment at Nagasaki University Hospital
2)Patients with an MDAS score of 19 or higher
3)Patients aged 18 years or older

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
１）歯科治療への恐怖心が極度に強く、アンケート記入、唾液採取、表情撮影、脳波測定が出来ない患者
２）研究責任者および研究分担者が研究対象者として不適切と判断した場合

1)Patients with extremely high levels of dental phobia who are unable to complete questionnaires, provide saliva samples, or undergo facial imaging and EEG measurements
2)Other cases in which the Principal Investigator and the Principal Investigator deem the subject to be inappropriate as a research subject will be excluded from the study
