血圧（収縮期・拡張期）を主要または副次評価項目として報告している研究
プラセボもしくは非摂取対照、ランダム化比較試験（RCT）

Interventional studies involving healthy adults or individuals with hypertension, including stage 1 to 3 hypertension.
Studies that report blood pressure (systolic and/or diastolic) as a primary or secondary outcome.
Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) with placebo or non-intake control groups.

介入群に、カカオフラバノールの成分詳細が確認できない食品を使用している研究
介入群に、カカオフラバノールの他に血圧低下機能への影響が否定できない成分を含む食品を使用している研究

血圧低下機能への影響が否定できない食事や運動と併用している研究

Studies using an intervention product where the specific content of cacao flavanols is not specified.
Studies using an intervention product that contains ingredients, other than cacao flavanols, which could potentially affect blood pressure.
