目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
アイスマッサージによる口腔内刺激時間によって嚥下機能及び脳の嚥下関連領域（VLPFC:Ｖentrolateral Ｐrefrontal Ｃortex: 腹外側前頭前野およびDLPFC:Dorslateral Prefrontal Cortex: 背外側前頭前野）への賦活効果に違いがあるかどうかについて、ｆNIRSを用いて明らかにする。

We will investigate whether the duration of oral stimulation via ice massage affects the activation of swallowing function and swallowing-related brain regions (VLPFC: ventrolateral prefrontal cortex and DLPFC: dorsolateral prefrontal cortex) using fNIRS.

本研究への参加に同意した18歳以上60歳以下の成人

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・脳梗塞や頭頚部の治療歴、その他嚥下機能に障害を要する可能性のある神経疾患に罹患している、もしくは既往がある場合。
・認知機能低下があり、指示に従えない場合。

英語
A history of cerebral infarction or head and neck treatment, or other neurological conditions that may impair swallowing function, either currently present or in the past.
Cognitive impairment that prevents following instructions.
