12週間の試験食品の摂取が肝機能に与える影響を評価する。また、同じ期間中に試験食品の長期的な安全性についても評価する。

This study aims to evaluate the effects of consuming the test food on liver function over a 12-week period. In addition, a long-term safety of the test food will be assessed during the same time frame.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1) 同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上65歳未満の健常な日本人男女
(2) 直近1年間の健康診断を有しており、ALT（GPT）が31 U/L以上50 U/L以下の者、またその他の血液検査結果に治療が必要な異常値がない者
(3) 試験の目的や内容について十分な説明を受け、試験開始前に同意書に署名した者

(1) Healthy Japanese males and females aged 20 years or older but under 65 at the time of consent.
(2) Individuals who have had a health examination within the past year, with ALT (GPT) levels between 31 U/L and 50 U/L, and whose other blood test results show no abnormalities requiring treatment.
(3) Individuals who have received sufficient explanation about the study and signed the informed consent form prior to participation.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 悪性腫瘍、心不全、心筋梗塞の治療中もしくは既往歴がある者
(2) 以下の疾患や障害等で治療中もしくは既往歴がある者
[1] 不整脈、腎障害、脳血管障害、甲状腺疾患、消化器疾患、リウマチ、糖尿病、脂質異常症、高血圧症、その他の慢性疾患
[2] 肝疾患（肝炎、脂肪肝、肝硬変、肝がん）
(3) 薬物依存、アルコール依存の治療中もしくは既往歴がある者
(4) 精神疾患、うつ症状を有する者、あるいは治療中の者
(5) 食物アレルギーを有する者、あるいは試験食品に関連してアレルギーを引き起こす恐れのある者
(6) 検査項目に影響を与える可能性のある医薬品（漢方薬を含む）・医薬部外品を常用している者で、試験期間中の摂取を中止できない者
(7) 検査項目に影響を与える可能性のある健康食品（特定保健用食品、栄養補助食品、機能性表示食品、サプリメント等）を常用している者で、試験期間中の摂取を中止できない者
(8) アルコールを過度（純アルコール換算で男性：40 g以上/日、女性：20 g以上/日）に摂取している者
(9) 過度な喫煙習慣（21本以上/日）がある者
(10) 全ての来院検査前日から当日の検査終了まで禁酒・禁煙ができない者
(11) 日常の生活習慣を維持できない者
(12) 夜勤等、生活習慣が極端に不規則な者
(13) 試験期間中に海外旅行等、海外への渡航を予定している者
(14) 妊娠中、授乳中、あるいは試験期間中に妊娠する意思のある者
(15) 同意取得日以前の1ヶ月間において他の臨床試験に参加していた者、あるいは試験期間中に参加予定がある者
(16) その他、試験責任医師が本試験の参加者として不適切と判断した者

英語
(1) Individuals currently undergoing treatment for, or with a history of, malignant tumors, heart failure, or myocardial infarction.
(2) Individuals currently receiving treatment for, or with a history of, any of the following conditions:
[1] Arrhythmia, renal impairment, cerebrovascular disease, thyroid disorders, gastrointestinal diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension, or other chronic illnesses.
[2] Liver diseases (including hepatitis, fatty liver, cirrhosis, liver cancer)
(3) Individuals currently undergoing treatment for, or with a history of, drug or alcohol dependence.
(4) Individuals with mental disorders or depressive symptoms or currently receiving treatment for such conditions.
(5) Individuals with food allergies or those who may be allergic to the test food.
(6) Individuals who regularly use prescription drugs or quasi-drugs that may affect the study outcomes and are unable to discontinue their intake during the study period.
(7) Individuals who regularly consume health foods that may affect the study outcomes and are unable to discontinue their use during the study period.
(8) Individuals who consume excessive amounts of alcohol.
(9) Individuals with a heavy smoking habit.
(10) Individuals unable to abstain from alcohol and smoking from the day before each visit until the end of the examination.
(11) Individuals who may be unable to maintain their usual lifestyle.
(12) Individuals with extremely irregular lifestyle habits, such as night shift workers.
(13) Individuals planning to travel abroad during the study period.
(14) Individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study period.
(15) Individuals who participated in another clinical trial within one month prior to the date of consent, or plan to participate in another clinical trial during the study period.
(16) Individuals deemed inappropriate for participation by the principal investigator.
