日本語
マカダミアナッツ油を単回摂取した際の深部体温、VAS（眠気、疲労度、空腹感等）、PVT（覚醒度）の継時変化について、大豆油と対照として、単盲検クロスオーバー試験を実施する。

A single-blind crossover study will be conducted to examine the time course of change in core body temperature, VAS (sleepiness, fatigue, hunger, etc.), PVT (alertness) after a single intake of macadamia nut oil using soybean oil as a control.

深部体温；前日21:00から試験終了（11:30）まで連続測定
VAS(眠気、疲労度、空腹感)；試験食品摂取前、摂取直後、摂取15分後、摂取30分後、摂取45分後、摂取60分後、摂取90分後、摂取120分後
PVT(覚醒度)；試験品摂取15分後、摂取60分後、摂取120分後

Deep body temperature: Continuously measured from 21:00 on the previous day until the end of the test (11:30)
VAS (sleepiness, fatigue, hunger, etc.): before taking the test foods, immediately after taking the test foods, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes
PVT (alertness): after taking the test foods, 15 minutes, 60 minutes, 120 minutes.

試験期間中、生活環境に大きな変化がない方
所定の試験日に所定の試験実施場所を訪問できる方
深部体温測定器の装着が可能な方

Those whose living environment will not change significantly during the test period
Those who can visit the designated test location on the designated test date
Those who can wear a core body temperature measuring device

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
小麦、ナッツ、大豆、乳製品を始めとした食物アレルギーを有する方
特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品を日頃から摂取している方で、本試験への参加中に中止することが出来ない方
マカダミアナッツを含む食品を日頃から摂取している方
妊娠中、授乳中、あるいは試験期間中に妊娠する意思のある方
試験期間中の以前一か月間において他の臨床試験に参加していた方
その他、試験責任者が本試験の対象として不適切と判断した方

Those with food allergies to wheat, nuts, soybeans,dairy products etc.
Those who regularly consume foods for specified health uses or foods with functional claims and are unable to stop consuming them while participating in this study period
Those who regularly consume foods containing macadamia nuts oils
Those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or intend to become pregnant during the study period
Those who have participated in other clinical trials in the month prior to the study period
Others who the study director deems inappropriate for this study
