2. 介入12週間後検査における安静時呼吸商 (VCO2/VO2)、安静時代謝当量、安静時ブドウ糖酸化量、安静時炭水化物酸化量、安静時脂肪酸化量、安静時基礎代謝率、体重、BMI、体脂肪率、除脂肪量、脂肪量 (全身、右脚、左脚、右腕、左腕、体幹部)、筋肉量 (全身、右脚、左脚、右腕、左腕、体幹部)、ウエスト周囲径、中性脂肪 (TG) の実測値、スクリーニング検査からの変化量、スクリーニング検査からの変化率

3. 介入期間中の起床時の体温の平均

4. 介入12週間後検査における、ミトコンドリア活性、生物学的老化度、老化速度、代謝・炎症関連タンパク質指標、環境曝露指標、身体機能関連指標、細胞・分子機能指標 (テロメア長)

3. Average body temperature upon waking during the intervention period

4. Mitochondrial activity, biological age, aging rate, metabolic and inflammation-related protein indicators, environmental exposure indicators, physical function-related indicators, and cellular and molecular function indicators (telomere length) at 12w

試験品: 5-アミノレブリン酸リン酸塩 (5-ALA) 含有食品
用法・用量: 1日1回1粒を水またはぬるま湯とともに噛まずに摂取する。

※飲み忘れた場合は気が付いたときに摂取する。1日の用量はその日のうちに摂取し、翌日以降は持ち越さない。

Test product: Food containing 5-aminolevulinic acid phosphate (5-ALA)
Administration: Consume one tablet with water without chewing once daily

5. スクリーニング検査のBMIが18.5 kg/m2以上30 kg/m2未満の者

6. 1~5に該当する者で、スクリーニング検査の安静時代謝量が低い者

6. Individuals who meet inclusion criteria 1-5 and have low resting metabolic rate at screening

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 悪性腫瘍、心不全、心筋梗塞の治療中もしくは既往歴がある者

2. ペースメーカーや植え込み型除細動器を埋め込んでいる者

3. 以下の慢性疾患で治療中の者
不整脈、肝障害、慢性腎臓病、脳血管障害、リウマチ性疾患、糖尿病、脂質異常症、高血圧症、その他の慢性疾患

4. 特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品を摂取している者

5. 医薬品 (漢方薬を含む) ・サプリメントを摂取/使用している者

6. アレルギー (医薬品・試験品関連食品) がある者

7. 1日のアルコール摂取量が60 gを超える者

8. 夜勤勤務がある等、交代制勤務の者

9. 妊娠中、授乳中、あるいは試験期間中に妊娠する意思のある者

10. 同意取得日以前の28日間において他の臨床試験に参加していた者、あるいは試験期間中に参加予定のある者

11. その他、試験責任医師が本試験の対象として不適切と判断した者

1. Individuals who are undergoing medical treatment or have a medical history of malignant tumor, heart failure, or myocardial infarction

2. Individuals who have a pacemaker or an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD)

3. Individuals who are currently undergoing treatment for any of the following chronic diseases: cardiac arrhythmia, liver disorder, chronic kidney disease, cerebrovascular disorder, rheumatic disease, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, hypertension, or any other chronic diseases

4. Individuals who are taking "Foods for Specified Health Uses" or "Foods with Functional Claims"

5. Individuals who are taking or using medications (including herbal medicines) or supplements

6. Individuals who are allergic to medicines or foods related to the test product

7. Individuals whose daily alcohol intake exceeds 60 g

8. Individuals who are shift workers, such as working a late-night shift or others

9. Individuals who are pregnant, lactating, or planning to become pregnant during this study

10. Individuals who have been enrolled in other clinical studies within the last 28 days before the agreement to participate in this study or plan to participate in another study during this study

11. Individuals who are judged as ineligible to participate in this study by the physician
