ベースラインからの eGFR の 30% 以上の低下，腎代替療法の開始，または腎臓疾患または心血管疾患による死亡で定義された腎イベントの発生率．

2015年6月から2017年4月の間にDPN-Checkを用いた神経伝導評価を受けた、足潰瘍のない日本人2型糖尿病患者．

Japanese patients with type 2 diabetes who did not have foot ulcers and underwent nerve conduction assessment using DPN-Check between June 2015 and April 2017.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

観察開始後5年以内に転院または治療を中止した患者，および原因不明または腎臓病とは無関係に死亡した患者

Patients who were transferred to another medical institution or discontinued treatment within 5 years of the start of observation, and those who died due to unknown causes or unrelated to kidney disease
