1. 福島県立医科大学保健科学部の学部生である.
2. 研究参加および実施時に整形外科的および神経学的な疾患と診断されていない.
3. 本研究の参加について同意した者である.

1. Undergraduate students of the School of Health Sciences, Fukushima Medical University.
2. Not diagnosed with any orthopedic or neurological disorders at the time of study participation and implementation.
3. Provided informed consent to participate in this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 研究参加の同意取得時に高齢者（65歳以上）である．
2. 研究参加および実施時に頸部や腰部に疼痛がある．
3. 研究参加および実施時に頭頸部および腰背部に治療中の皮膚疾患を有する．

1. Individuals aged 65 years or older at the time of obtaining informed consent.
2. Individuals experiencing neck or low back pain at the time of study participation and implementation.
3. Individuals with dermatological diseases under treatment in the head, cervical, lumbar, or dorsal regions at the time of study participation and implementation.
