３）入院中の患者

2) Patients with type 2 diabetes who have been diagnosed with diabetic peripheral neuropathy
3) Patients currently hospitalized

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

１）糖尿病足壊疽の患者
２）下肢切断後の患者
３）担当医が不適当と判断した患者
