(1)同意取得時において年齢が18歳以上のもの
(2)同意取得時において県内一事業所に勤務しており、同一事業所において2026年3月までの勤務が予定されているもの
(3)本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、 本人の自由意思に基づき文書による同意が得られたもの

(1) Individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of providing informed consent for participation
(2) Individuals who are currently employed at a workplace in Nagano Prefecture at the time of enrollment and whose employment at the same workplace is anticipated to continue through March 2026
(3) Individuals who have received comprehensive information regarding study participation and have provided voluntary written informed consent

(2)勤務時間・勤務日数が常時雇用者の4分の3未満であるもの
(3)その他、研究責任者が研究対象者（参加者）として不適当と判断したもの
