獨協医科大学日光医療センターの職員であり、重大な身体的または精神的な疾患の既往歴がない健常者。十分な説明を受け、文書による同意を得た人。

The subject is a healthy individual employed at Dokkyo Medical University Nikko Medical Center, with no history of significant physical or mental illness. The individual in question has been the recipient of a sufficient explanation and has provided written consent.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
ゼラニウム精油またはマカダミアナッツ油へのアレルギー、妊娠・授乳、心疾患・呼吸器疾患・自律神経系疾患・精神疾患の診断歴、香りへの過敏反応、極端な睡眠不足や夜勤直後、介入・測定に支障のある制約、自律神経に影響する薬剤の新規開始、研究責任者が不適当と判断した者

The following criteria were considered in the exclusion of subjects from the study: allergies to geranium essential oil or macadamia nut oil; pregnancy or breastfeeding; history of diagnosis with heart disease, respiratory disease, autonomic nervous system disorders, or mental illness; hypersensitivity to fragrances; extreme sleep deprivation or immediately after night shifts; constraints that would interfere with interventions or measurements; recent initiation of medications affecting the autonomic nervous system; or individuals deemed unsuitable by the principal investigator.
