多因子介入を高齢要介護者に応用し、特に二重課題運動 (例：計算しながら手足の運動を行う) の介入効果を明らかにする。本研究の意義は、高齢要介護者に対する二重課題運動がウェルビーイング向上 (認知症があっても心身は健康な状態、車椅子であっても認知機能を維持) に有効であることを証明すること

This study applies multifactorial interventions to elderly individuals requiring care, specifically clarifying the effects of dual-task exercise interventions (e.g., performing limb movements while performing calculations). The significance of this research lies in demonstrating that dual-task exercise is effective for enhancing well-being in elderly individuals requiring care-achieving a state of physical and mental health even with dementia, or maintaining cognitive function even while using a wheelchair.
