景色の映像や写真を視聴することが認知症グループホーム入所者のBPSDに与える影響やその違いを検証することである。また景色の映像や写真を視聴することでの患者の心理面や、介助者の介護負担感への影響を明らかにすることで

The objective is to verify the effects of viewing landscape videos and photographs on the BPSD of residents in dementia group homes and to identify differences in these effects. Additionally, it aims to clarify the impact of viewing landscape videos and photographs on patients' psychological state and on caregivers' perceived burden of care.

対象施設(認知症対応型共同生活介護)に入所していた認知症患者
1)本人・家族の同意がある
2)認知症の診断を受けている
3)視覚や聴覚に障害がない

Patients with dementia residing in the designated facility (Dementia-Specific Group Living Care)
1) Consent from the patient and family is obtained
2) Diagnosed with dementia
3) No visual or hearing impairments
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1)何らかの事由により介入に参加できる時間が10分間に満たない
2)前頭側頭型認知症、または他の精神障害を有している

1) Due to some reason, the time available to participate in the intervention is less than 10 minutes
2) Has frontotemporal dementia or another mental disorder
