腸音：左下腹部に体外マイクを装着し、腸蠕動を採取する

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

記録した心電図のR-R間隔より瞬時心拍数を演算する。さらに、心臓自律神経機能の指標として、心拍変動（HRV）解析を行う。

Instantaneous heart rate is calculated from the R-R interval of the recorded ECG. In addition, Heart Rate Variability(HRV)analysis is performed as an indicator of cardiac autonomic function.

This group applies a warm compress for 10 minutes to the area 10 cm above the 12th thoracic vertebra.

ヤコビ線（左右腸骨稜を結んだ線）を中心に幅10㎝の範囲に10分間の温罨法を行う

This group applies a warm compress for 10 minutes
to a 10 cm wide area centered on the Jacoby line(the line connecting the left and right iliac crests).

This group applies a warm compress for 10 minutes to the area corresponding to the height of the second sacral vertebra, within a range extending 10 cm below the line connecting the posterior superior iliac spines.

18歳以上30歳未満の健常な女性のうち便秘を自覚する者

Healthy women aged 18 to under 30 who are aware of constipation.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1)基礎疾患により通院または投薬を受けている者
(2)循環器系の異常がある者
(3)出血傾向がある者
(4)腰背部の皮膚に異常がある者

(1) Those who are in the hospital or receiving medication due to an underlying disease.
(2) Those with circulatory system abnormalities.
(3) Persons with bleeding tendency.
(4) Those with abnormalities in the skin of the lower back.
