日本における線維化性間質性肺疾患（ILDs）患者の診療の経過を記述すること。

To describe patient journey in patients with fibrosing Interstitial Lung Diseases (ILDs) in Japan.
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes
日本語
日本における線維化性ILDs患者のベースライン人口統計学的および臨床的特徴を記述すること。
日本における線維化性ILDs患者において、線維化性ILDsの診断前の初発症状を調査すること。
日本における進行性肺線維症（PPF）患者において、PPFの発症からPPF治療開始までの期間を調査すること。
日本における特発性肺線維症（IPF）およびPPF患者において、各IPFおよびPPF治療を受けている患者の割合を調査すること。
日本におけるPPF患者において、PPF治療から死亡までの期間を調査すること。
日本において9つのPPF基準のいずれかを満たす患者のうち、各PPF基準を満たす患者の割合を調査すること。

To describe baseline demographic and clinical characteristics in patients with fibrosing ILDs in Japan.
To investigate the initial symptoms prior to the diagnosis of fibrosing ILDs in patients with fibrosing ILDs in Japan.
To investigate the time from the development of Progressive Pulmonary Fibrosis (PPF) to initiation of the PPF treatment in patients with PPF in Japan.
To investigate the proportions of patients having each of the Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) and PPF treatments in patients with IPF and PPF in Japan.
To investigate the time from PPF treatment to death in patients with PPF in Japan.
To investigate the proportions of patients meeting each PPF criterion among those meeting any of the 9 PPF criteria in Japan.

患者識別期間中の異なる月に少なくとも 2 つの線維化 ILD コードと診断された患者
インデックス日時点で20歳以上の患者
インデックス日の前の12か月間のデータをベースラインデータとして抽出できる患者

Patients diagnosed with at least 2 fibrosing ILD codes in different months during the patient identification period
Patients aged 20 years or older on the index date
Patients for whom data for the 12 months prior to the index date can be extracted as baseline data
