To investigate the prevalence (per 100,000 people) and incidence (per 100,000 person-years) of IPF, PPF, and non-progressive ILD by calendar year in Japan.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

日本語
日本におけるIPF、PPF、および非進行性ILD患者の特徴を調査すること。
日本における IPF、PPF、および非進行性 ILD 患者の暦年ごとの死亡率を調査すること。
日本におけるPPFおよび非進行性ILD患者における各ILD診断の割合を調査すること。
日本における各ILD診断における線維化ILD患者のうちのPPF患者の割合を調査すること。
日本におけるPPFおよび非進行性ILD患者の各ILD診断における患者の特徴を調査すること。
PPFに進行した患者で満たされたPPF進行プロキシの分布と、日本における各基準を満たす個人の数を調査すること。
探索的目的：
日本におけるIPF、PPF、非進行性ILD患者のうち慢性咳嗽を有する患者の割合を記述すること。

To investigate mortality in patients with IPF, PPF, and non-progressive ILD by calendar year in Japan.
To investigate the proportion of each clinical ILD diagnosis in patients with PPF and non-progressive ILD in Japan.
To investigate the proportion of patients with PPF among patients with fibrosing ILD in each clinical ILD diagnosis in Japan.
To investigate patient characteristics in each clinical ILD diagnosis of patients with PPF and non-progressive ILD in Japan.
To investigate the distribution of PPF progression proxies met in patients with progression to PPF and the number of individuals meeting each criterion in Japan.
Exploratory objective:
To describe the proportions of patients with chronic cough among those with IPF, PPF, and non-progressive ILD in Japan.

インデックス日時点で20歳以上の患者
インデックス日の前の12か月間のデータをベースラインデータとして抽出できる患者

Patients diagnosed with at least 2 fibrosing ILD codes in different months during the patient identification period
Patients aged 20 years or older on the index date
Patients for whom data for the 12 months prior to the index date can be extracted as baseline data
