この論文の目的は、REBOA（蘇生的大動脈内バルーン遮断術）が、出血性ショックおよび心血管虚脱の患者の死亡率に与える影響を明らかにすること。
REBOAを使用した患者と使用しなかった患者（non-REBOA）の死亡率を比較評価すること。
その死亡率への影響が、「患者集団（外傷患者 vs. 非外傷患者）」や「地理的地域」によって異なるかどうかを分析すること。

The objective of this paper is to determine the impact of REBOA (Resuscitative Endovascular Balloon Occlusion of the Aorta) on mortality in patients with hemorrhagic shock and cardiovascular collapse.
Compare mortality rates between patients who received REBOA and those who did not (non-REBOA).
Analyze whether this impact on mortality differs based on patient populations (trauma vs. non-trauma) or geographic regions.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

REBOAによる治療を受けた患者と、REBOAを使用しない治療（non-REBOA）を受けた患者との死亡率を比較した観察研究について、系統的レビューとメタアナリシスを実施する。ランダム効果モデルを用いて、統合オッズ比（OR）と95%信頼区間（CI）を算出する。

We conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis of observational studies comparing mortality between patients receiving REBOA and those managed without REBOA. Pooled odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) are calculated using random-effects models.
