40代50代のロコモの状態と、健康リテラシーおよび活動量との関連性を検討し、1か月のトレーニング介入を行うことで、健康リテラシーや活動量、身体機能やロコモの改善効果を評価する事を目的とする

The purpose of this study is to investigate the associations among locomotive syndrome status,health literacy,and physical in adults aged 40-59 years,and to evaluate whether a one-month traning intervention can improve health literacy,physical activity levels,physical function,andlocomotive symtoms.

A total of 500 full-time workers aged 40-59 years will be recruted
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①本研究にデータを使用する事について本人からの同意が得られない方
②自身でアンケートの記入が出来ない方
③検者の指示・説明を十分に理解出来ない方
④その他、実施責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した対象者

Individuals who cannot provide consent to the use of their data for this study.
Individuals who are unable to complete the questionaire by themselves.
Individuals who cannot adequately understand the examiner's instructions or explanations.
Individuals whom the principal investigator deems inappropriate as study participants any ather reason.
