目的/Objectives

日本語
本研究は、局所振動刺激激（focal mechanical vibration：FMV）が Aβ・Aδ・C 線維それぞれの電流知覚閾値に及ぼす影響を、刺激同髄
節・隣接髄節・対側で検証し、HMV の疼痛抑制メカニズムを明らかにすることを目的とする。

This study aims to clarify the pain suppression mechanism of FMV by investigating the effects of focal mechanical vibration (FMV) on the current perceptions thresholds (CPTs) of A beta, A delta, and C fibers at the stimulated spinal segment, adjacent segments, and the contralateral side.

手関節、手掌に裂傷がある者
上肢に痺れなどの神経症状を伴う者
慢性的な疼痛を有し、内服などの治療を受けている者
妊娠中の者
日本語でのコミュニケーションが困難な者

Individuals with chronic pain who are receiving treatment such as oral medication
