高校野球投手において反復投球後に即時的に生じる上腕骨頭の前後偏移量を超音波画像で定量評価し反復投球後の前後偏移量に関連する因子や特徴を明らかにすること

To quantitatively assess, using ultrasonography, the immediate displacement of the humeral head after repetitive pitching in high school baseball pitchers, and to identify factors and characteristics associated with this post-pitching displacement.

Healthy high school baseball players
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
(1) 本研究の参加に関して同意が得られない者
(2) 今までに，四肢・体幹の整形外科手術を経験したことがある者
(3) 今までに，肩甲上腕関節の脱臼を経験したことがある者
(4) 現在，脊柱側弯症や後弯症など肩関節や胸郭の構造的な異常がある者
(5) 現在，障害により部活動を休んでいる者

(1) Participants who cannot or do not provide informed consent to participate.
(2) Participants with a history of orthopedic surgery involving the extremities or trunk.
(3) Participants with a history of glenohumeral (shoulder) joint dislocation.
(4) Participants who currently have structural abnormalities of the shoulder joint or thoracic cage (e.g., scoliosis, kyphosis).
(5) Participants who are currently sidelined from club activities due to injury.
