選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

初発の脳梗塞，脳出血の治療目的に入院しリハビリテーションを実施する脳卒中患者

意識レベル（Glassgow Coma Scale：以下GCS）でE4V4M6以上の者

口頭指示に対して理解出来る者

Stroke patients admitted for the treatment of initial cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage and undergoing rehabilitation.

Patients with a consciousness level of E4V4M6 or higher on the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS).

Patients who can understand verbal instructions.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
意識レベルGCSでE3，M5以下である者．また，口頭指示理解が得られない者，既往に脳卒中罹患歴のある者，麻痺側上肢に関節可動域制限のある者

Individuals with a GCS score of E3 or M5 or lower; those who cannot understand verbal instructions; those with a history of stroke; and those with limited range of motion in the affected upper limb.

コホート研究

当院に脳卒中の治療目的に入院し，リハビリテーションの依頼があった者に研究に関するインフォームド・コンセント行い，同意の得られた者をリクルートする．

測定項目は心身機能と箸操作評価など

Cohort Study

Patients admitted to our hospital for stroke treatment and referred for rehabilitation will be informed about the study and asked for their informed consent. Those who provide consent will be recruited.

The measurement items include physical and mental functions and chopstick skills etc.
