本研究の目的は、外来で取得可能な簡便な診察指標（縦・皮膚厚・BMI・硬さ）を用いて、顎下脂肪吸引（シリンジ法）の吸引量を術前に定量予測する回帰式を構築し、その臨床的有用性を前向きに検証することである。

The aim of this study is to develop and prospectively validate a regression formula that predicts submental liposuction volume (syringe technique) using simple outpatient-accessible measures (vertical length, skinfold thickness, BMI, and tissue firmness).

頸部皮膚の重度たるみ、瘢痕拘縮を有する者
計測不能または計測値に影響を及ぼす皮膚疾患のある者
研究参加に同意を得られない者

顎下脂肪吸引を受ける患者を対象に、術前に計測した形態学的パラメータと実際の吸引量を比較し、既報回帰式の妥当性を検証する。
