スコーピングレビューを実施している。
本研究は、スコーピングレビューの報告ガイドライン(PRISMA-ScR)に基づき実施する。
検索に使用するデータベースはMEDLINE, Scopus, Webofsience,医中誌Web使用する。使用した検索プロトコルは、論文のタイトルと抄録の中で「言語障害」「口腔腫瘍」「リハビリテーション」などであった。
2人の独立した研究者によるスクリーニング、データ抽出を行い、必要に応じて第3の研究者が判断する。各文献の結果を集約、整理して記述する。

包含基準は、(a)口腔癌の手術を受けた患者を対象とした研究、(b)構音障害に対するリハビリテーションを実施し、その介入方法を詳細に記述した研究、(c)英語または日本語で発表された研究、(d)原著論文であった。
除外基準は、(a)レビュー論文、症例報告、学会抄録、概要、または論評論文、(b)補綴リハビリテーションに焦点を当てた研究、(c)喉頭全摘出患者であった。

なお、本研究は文献研究であり、倫理審査の対象ではないため、倫理審査による承認日にはプロトコル確定日を入力した。

We conducted a scoping review. This scoping review was conducted in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) extension for scoping reviews. We searched MEDLINE, Scopus, Web of Science, and Ichushi-Web, which contains bibliographic information and abstracts of articles in Japanese journals (Japan Medical Abstracts Society), through 28 April 2025. The search strategy included terms such as "Speech Disorders," "Mouth Neoplasms," and "Rehabilitation" in article titles and abstracts.

The inclusion criteria were: (a) studies that included patients who underwent surgery for oral cancer; (b) studies that implemented rehabilitation for articulation disorders and described the intervention methods in detail; (c) studies published in English or Japanese; and (d) original research articles.

The exclusion criteria were: (a) review articles, case reports, conference abstracts, general overviews, or commentary papers; (b) studies focusing on prosthetic rehabilitation; and (c) studies including patients with total laryngectomy.

Because this was a literature-based study and not subject to ethical review, the date of protocol confirmation was entered as the date of ethical approval.
