心臓・血管系に重篤な疾病がない，糖尿病などの代謝疾患もない，過度なストレスや睡眠障害など抱えていない極めて健康な男女を対象

Healthy men and women without any serious cardiovascular diseases, metabolic disorders such as diabetes, excessive psychological stress, or sleep disturbances were included.
