日本語
文化的に妥当性が確認されたDrinking Task Assessment (DTA)の日本語版は未だ開発されておらず、国内での臨床現場での導入は制限されている。本研究は、原版の概念を保持しつつ文化的適合性と意味的等価性を担保した日本語版DTAを作成し、信頼性と妥当性を検証することで、上肢機能評価の標準化と理学療法の発展に資することを目的とする。

A culturally validated Japanese version of the Drinking Task Assessment (DTA) has not yet been developed, limiting its implementation in clinical settings in Japan. This study aims to develop a Japanese version of the DTA that maintains the conceptual integrity of the original while ensuring cultural appropriateness and semantic equivalence. Furthermore, by examining its reliability and validity, the study seeks to contribute to the standardization of upper limb function assessment and the advancement of physical therapy practice.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

①初発の脳卒中後遺症患者、②年齢18から90歳、③発症後30日以上経過した患者、④片麻痺がある患者、⑤FMA-UE得点が66点未満の患者とする。

Participants will be:Patients with first ever stroke sequelae,Aged between 18 and 90 years, At least 30 days post onset, Patients with hemiparesis, Patients with a Fugl Meyer Assessment of the Upper Extremity score of less than 66

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①評価に必要な指示に従えない患者、②上肢運動パフォーマンスに影響を及ぼす他の上肢疾患を有する患者、③眼鏡やコンタクトレンズなどで矯正しても課題を遂行できない患者、④Mini Mental State Examination-Japanese(MMSE-J)が20点未満の患者とする。

The exclusion criteria are as follows:

Patients who are unable to follow the instructions necessary for the assessment

Patients with other upper limb disorders that may affect upper limb motor performance

Patients who are unable to perform the tasks even with visual correction such as glasses or contact lenses

Patients with a Mini-Mental State Examination Japanese (MMSE J) score of less than 20

参加者背景/Baseline Characteristics

本研究の目的は、脳卒中後遺症患者を対象としてDTAの日本語版を作成することである。研究は恒生病院で実施し、研究期間は2025年12月から2027年5月までとする。対象は当院に入院した脳卒中後遺症患者10名とする。選定基準は、①初発の脳卒中後遺症患者、②年齢18　90歳、③発症後30日以上経過した患者、④片麻痺がある患者、⑤Fugl　Meyer Assessment of Upper Extremity（FMA　UE）得点が66点未満の患者とする。

The purpose of this study is to develop a Japanese version of the Drinking Task Assessment (DTA) for patients with post-stroke sequelae.
The study will be conducted at Kosei Hospital from December 2025 to May 2027.
Participants will include ten patients with post-stroke sequelae who are hospitalized at the study site.

評価は、2名の評価者が1名の患者に対して、2回評価行う
その後、信頼性と妥当性の検討を行う。

A pilot study will be conducted using the Japanese version of the Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA).
Two evaluators will each assess one patient twice.
Subsequently, the reliability and validity of the assessment will be examined.
