目的/Objectives

温水負荷等の暑熱曝露により発汗機能・血管拡張機能が向上すると考えられるが、日常生活における温水負荷がどの程度影響するかは未だ不明点が多い。そこで本研究では、繰り返しの温水負荷によってヒトがどの程度暑熱順化をするのか明らかにすることを目的とする。

It is thought that heat exposure, such as hot water exposure, improves sweating and vasodilatory function, but the extent to which hot water exposure in daily life affects these functions remains unclear. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to clarify the extent to which humans are acclimatized to heat through repeated hot water exposure.
