日本語
本研究の目的は、周術期脳波モニタリングデバイスであるSedLineを使って取得した脳波を、自動睡眠解析アルゴリズムであるYASAで睡眠段階解析をおこない、ポリソムノグラフィと比較した時の精度を検証することである。睡眠障害の疑いがある患者に対して、ポリソムノグラフィ検査が実施される際に、周術期脳波モニタリングデバイスの一つであるSedLineを同時に装着する。SedLineから脳波を取得し、その脳波を、自動睡眠解析アルゴリズムであるYASAを使用して睡眠段階を解析する。この結果をポリソムノグラフィの睡眠段階解析結果と比較する。2つの睡眠段階の一致度をCohen's kappaを主要評価項目として報告する。

The objective of this study is to evaluate the accuracy of automatic sleep staging using electroencephalographic (EEG) signals obtained from an EEG-based depth of anesthesia monitor, SedLine(R), and analyzed with an open-source automatic sleep staging toolbox, YASA.
The accuracy will be assessed by comparing the YASA-based sleep staging results with those obtained from polysomnography (PSG).
In patients suspected of having sleep disorders who undergo PSG, SedLine will be applied simultaneously. EEG signals collected from SedLine will be analyzed for sleep stages using the YASA algorithm. The PSG-based sleep staging results will then be compared with those derived from SedLine. The primary outcome will be the level of agreement between the two sleep staging methods, expressed as Cohen's kappa coefficient.
