・リハビリテーション中において、歩行が軽介助以上で可能な患者
・独歩、またはT字杖を用いて歩行可能な患者

主な結果/Results

日本語
92名の対象者のうち、48名は自立歩行群に分類された。自立歩行群は、非自立歩行群（n = 44）と比較して、STVが有意に低かった。STVは歩行自立の有意な予測因子であり（オッズ比 = 0.79, p = 0.044）、AUCは0.742であった。カットオフ値は3.5％、感度は68％、特異度は73％であった。

Of the 92 participants, 48 were classified into the independent walking group. The independent walking group had significantly lower STV compared with the non-independent walking group (n = 44). STV was a significant predictor of gait independence (odds ratio = 0.79, p = 0.044), with an AUC of 0.742. The cutoff value was 3.5%, with a sensitivity of 68% and specificity of 73%.

本研究は横断的観察研究デザインを採用した。
FIM以外のすべての評価は、対象者の退院予定日の1週間前までに実施された。FIMは退院当日に評価された。

Study Design: This study employed a cross-sectional observational design.
All assessments, except for the FIM, were conducted within one week prior to the participants' scheduled discharge date. The FIM was assessed on the day of discharge.
