自家脂肪注入による額部増大術において、術後早期の脂肪定着率を客観的に定量化し、その測定手法として携帯型3Dステレオフォトグラメトリーの有用性を検証することを目的とする。

・額部脂肪注入術を希望し、施術を受けた成人女性
・研究への参加および画像撮影に同意した者
・術前・術直後・2週後・1か月後の3D画像取得が可能な者

Adult female patients who underwent forehead fat grafting for aesthetic augmentation.
Provided written informed consent for participation and imaging.
Completed all 3D imaging sessions (preoperative, immediate postoperative, 2 weeks, 1 month).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・額部脂肪注入の既往がある者
・重度皮膚疾患や感染を有する者
・フォローアップ撮影が困難な者

Prior forehead fat grafting.
Active local skin disease or infection.
Inability to complete serial follow-up imaging.
