5. 日常的に意思決定 (何らかの決断を行う行為) 回数が多いと自覚しており、意思決定により一時的に疲労感を感じる者

6. スクリーニング検査のDecision Fatigue Scale (DFS) 日本語版の合計得点が15点以上かつDFSの各質問項目のうち少なくとも5項目以上の回答が3以上の者

7. スクリーニング検査のベック抑うつ質問票 (Beck Depression Inventory 2nd Edition; BDI-II) の結果から試験責任医師が試験参加の問題が無いと判断した者

8. スクリーニング検査の Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) スコアが24点以上の者

9. スクリーニング検査のCognitraxにおける反応時間の有効性指標が「はい」の者

10. スクリーニング検査のCognitraxにおける反応時間の標準化スコアが90点未満の者

11. スクリーニング検査の疲労感 (VAS) が50 mm以上の者

5. Individuals who are aware of frequently making decisions (the act of making various kinds of decisions) in daily life and who feel temporary fatigue due to decision-making

6. Individuals whose total score on the Japanese version of the Decision Fatigue Scale (DFS) is >= 15 and responses of >= 3 on at least five items of the DFS at screening

7. Individuals who are judged as eligible to participate in this study by the physician according to the results of the Beck Depression Inventory 2nd Edition (BDI-II) at screening

8. Individuals whose Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score is >= 24 at screening

9. Individuals whose validity indicator for Reaction Time on Cognitrax is "Yes" at screening

10. Individuals whose standardized score of Reaction Time on Cognitrax is < 90 at screening

11. Individuals whose fatigue (VAS) is >= 50 mm at screening

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 悪性腫瘍、心不全、心筋梗塞の治療中もしくは既往歴がある者

2. ペースメーカーや植え込み型除細動器を埋め込んでいる者

3. 以下の慢性疾患で治療中の者
不整脈、肝障害、慢性腎臓病、脳血管障害、リウマチ性疾患、糖尿病、脂質異常症、高血圧症、その他の慢性疾患

4. 認知症に罹患中、うつ病や注意欠陥・多動性障害 (ADHD) 等の精神疾患の既往歴がある者

5. 特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品を摂取している者

6. 医薬品 (漢方薬を含む) ・サプリメントを摂取/使用している者

7. DHA・EPA等、認知機能に影響する可能性のある食品やサプリメントを日常的に摂取している者

8. イワシ、サバ、サンマ等の青魚を週4日以上摂取している者

9. 認知機能に影響する可能性がある器具、機器、アプリ等を使用している

10. アレルギー (医薬品・試験品関連食品) がある者

11. 夜勤等で睡眠時間および睡眠習慣が不規則な者、生活習慣が不規則な者

12. 喫煙習慣がある者、または同意取得日の3か月以内に禁煙を始めた者

13. 日常的に多量 (60 g/日以上) のアルコールを摂取している者

14. 妊娠中、授乳中、あるいは試験期間中に妊娠する意思のある者

15. 同意取得日以前の28日間において他の臨床試験に参加していた者、あるいは試験期間中に参加予定のある者

16. その他、試験責任医師が本試験の対象として不適切と判断した者

英語
1. Individuals who are undergoing medical treatment or have a medical history of malignant tumor, heart failure, or myocardial infarction

2. Individuals who have a pacemaker or an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD)

3. Individuals who are currently undergoing treatment for any of the following chronic diseases: cardiac arrhythmia, liver disorder, chronic kidney disease, cerebrovascular disorder, rheumatic disease, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, hypertension, or any other chronic diseases

4. Individuals who have dementia or a history of psychiatric disorders, such as depression disorder or attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)

5. Individuals who are taking "Foods for Specified Health Uses" or "Foods with Functional Claims"

6. Individuals who are taking or using medicines (including herbal medicines) or supplements

7. Individuals who regularly consume foods or supplements that may affect cognitive function, such as docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) or eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)

8. Individuals who take blue-backed fish such as sardines, mackerel, and saury at least four times a week

9. Individuals who use tools, devices, or applications that may affect cognitive function

10. Individuals who are allergic to medicines or foods related to the test product

11. Individuals with irregular sleeping duration or patterns due to night shifts or similar work, or with irregular lifestyles

12. Individuals who currently smoke or began smoking cessation within three months before providing informed consent

13. Individuals who habitually drink >= 60 g/day of alcohol

14. Individuals who are pregnant, lactating, or planning to become pregnant during this study

15. Individuals who have been enrolled in other clinical studies within the last 28 days before the agreement to participate in this study or plan to participate in another study during this study

16. Individuals who are judged as ineligible to participate in this study by the physician
