日本語
装着型介護ロボットを装着し、1回60分程度の運動プログラムを週2回・5週間（計10回）実施する。運動プログラムは座位、立位の課題を行う。なお、運動プログラムの内容については、研究対象者の身体機能に合わせて回数・強度を調整する。

Participants will wear a wearable care robot and undertake an exercise programme lasting approximately 60 minutes per session, twice weekly for five weeks (totalling 10 sessions). The exercise programme will involve seated and standing tasks. The content of the exercise programme will be adjusted in terms of frequency and intensity to suit the physical capabilities of each research subject.
