本研究では、成人期と高齢期を対象に食事および緑茶の摂取時刻の違いが健康関連指標に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることを目的とする。

Obtained written informed consent from the participant before participation.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1)食事制限が必要な糖尿病、腎障害、脂質異常症などを有する方、またそれに伴う治療を受けている方
2)食欲に影響を及ぼす可能性がある抗精神薬、ホルモン剤の服用のある方
3)過去に採血に伴い体調不良を起こした方
4)食物アレルギーのある方
5)心臓にペースメーカーあるいは体内に金属製のものを有する（銀歯は除く）方
6)事前調査前の2週間以内、試験期間中に時差を伴う仕事・旅行を行う方
7)月経不順がある方、妊娠中または試験期間中に妊娠の予定がある方
8)概日リズムや時計遺伝子の変動に影響を及ぼす可能性がある抗精神病薬、睡眠薬、ステロイド剤の服用のある方
9)睡眠時無呼吸症候群の方
10)喫煙する方、飲酒習慣のある方
11)激しい有酸素運動を習慣的に実施する方

1)Individuals with diabetes, renal disorder, dyslipidemia, etc. that require dietary restrictions, and those treated for these conditions.
2)Individuals who taking antipsychotic or hormonal agents that may affect appetite.
3)Individuals who have experienced physical problems in the past due to a blood test.
4)Individuals who have food allergies.
5)individuals who are set pacemaker and metal in body (excluding dental filling).
6)individuals who are engaged shift work and travel with jetlag within 2 weeks.
7)Individuals who have irregular menstrual patterns, Individuals who are or are possibly pregnant.
8)Individuals who are using depression, sleeping, steroid medications.
9)Individuals who suffered from sleep apnea.
10)Individuals who are smoker, Individuals who are habitual drinkers.
11)Individuals who routinely perform strenuous aerobic exercise.
