精神科医師に対するインターネットによるアンケート調査を実施することで、精神疾患患者における便秘の診療状況と便秘ガイドラインの浸透・実践状況を明らかにする。

便秘は一般的に認められる消化器疾患であり、QOLを損なうことが示されており、統合失調症をはじめとする精神疾患では便秘を高頻度に認めることが報告されている。便秘の診療においては最近国内で便秘に関するガイドラインが発表されており、本邦での精神科医における便秘の診療状況やガイドラインの浸透状況は明らかにする必要がある。そこで精神科医師に対してwebによるアンケート調査を実施し、精神疾患患者における便秘の診療状況と便秘ガイドラインの浸透・実践状況を明らかにする。

Constipation is a commonly recognized gastrointestinal disorder that has been shown to impair quality of life. It has been reported that constipation occurs frequently in psychiatric disorders, including schizophrenia. Regarding constipation management, guidelines on constipation have recently been published in Japan. It is necessary to clarify the current state of constipation management among psychiatrists in Japan and the level of guideline adoption. Therefore, an online questionnaire survey was conducted among psychiatrists to clarify the current state of constipation management in psychiatric patients and the adoption and implementation status of the constipation guidelines.

年齢、性別、所属医療機関、精神科専門学会の所属、診療患者数および便秘合併患者数、便秘の使用薬剤、酸化マグネシウム使用時の腎機能への配慮・併用注意薬の配慮・血清マグネシウム値の測定状況、刺激性下剤連用患者数、新規作用機序便秘治療薬3剤の認知および使用状況、便秘の病態に応じた便秘薬の使い分け状況、便秘薬の好ましい剤形、便秘薬の好ましい投与方法、便秘薬で重視する内容と程度、便秘薬で心配する内容と程度

Age, gender, affiliated medical institution, membership in psychiatric specialty societies, number of patients treated and number of patients with constipation, medications used for constipation, Consideration for renal function when using magnesium oxide, consideration for concomitant medications requiring caution, status of serum magnesium level measurement, number of patients using stimulant laxatives continuously, awareness and usage status of three new mechanism-based constipation treatments, differentiation of laxative use according to constipation pathology, preferred laxative dosage form, preferred laxative administration method, aspects prioritized and their importance when prescribing laxatives, concerns regarding laxatives and their severity
