人形を使用した自主製作動画を，対象者が視聴する。対象者はチェックシートに沿って，動画内で実施していた評価項目と処置を記録する。NCPRインストラクターとデブリーフィングを行う。全問正解に至るまで繰り返し実施する。
実際の分娩に立ち会い，蘇生の見学を行う。対象者はチェックシートに沿って，評価項目と実施した処置を記録する。蘇生担当者であるNCPRインストラクター医師とデブリーフィングを行う。期間中繰り返し分娩に立ち会い，評価項目と処置の記録を実施する。

Participants watch a self-produced video using a manikin. While viewing, they record the assessment items and procedures performed in the video using a checklist. Afterward, they conduct a debriefing session with an NCPR instructor.
Participants attend actual deliveries and observe neonatal resuscitations. Following a checklist, they record the assessment items and procedures performed. A debriefing session is conducted with the NCPR-certified physician who performed the resuscitation. During the study period, participants repeatedly attend deliveries and continue recording assessment items and procedures.
