新潟市ひきこもり支援センターに通う利用者で、インタビューに同意のあった方（5名程度）を対象に、インタビューガイドに基づいた半構造化面接を実施する。インタビュー内容をSCATにより整理し、どのようなタイミングでどのような情報提供に関心を寄せ、社会との接点になりえたかをまとめる。

Semi-structured interviews based on an interview guide will be conducted with users attending the Niigata City Hikikomori Support Center who have agreed to be interviewed (approximately five people).
The interview content will be organized using SCAT to summarize what information people were interested in, when, and how it could serve as a point of contact with society.
