ロールレタリング実施前に１回、ロールレタリングを約２週間毎に計３回、合計4回　以下の2種類の質問票によるロールレタリングの効果

GHQ12、状態自尊感情尺度

Prior to the implementation of roll lettering: On one occasion, roll lettering was utilized. The experiment was conducted on three occasions, with each occurrence occurring approximately every two weeks. The total number of experiments conducted was four. The effectiveness of roll lettering was measured using two types of questionnaires.

The General Health Questionnaire 12 State Self-Esteem Scale
