この研究は、訪問看護師が高齢者の摂食嚥下障害ケアを提供するために必要で学びたいと考えている学習ニーズと訪問看護で働く摂食嚥下障害看護認定看護師が必要であると考える教育ニーズを明らかにすることである。

This study aims to clarify the learning needs that visiting nurses need and want to learn in order to provide dysphagia care to elderly people, and the educational needs that certified nurses in dysphagia nursing working in visiting care believe are necessary.
