介入は、研究協力者による、「1回20分以上の鍼療法」とする。介入期間は1か月間とし、介入頻度は「週に1回以上（ただし、同一日内には1回まで）、8回まで」とする。

The intervention will consist of acupuncture therapy sessions lasting at least 20 minutes each, administered by research collaborators. The intervention period will be one month, with a frequency of at least once per week (limited to one session per day), up to a maximum of eight sessions.

・ビジネスケアラーでかつ家族の介護を1か月以上している方
・家族の介護を始めてから同意取得時までに、仕事のパフォーマンスが低下したと自覚している方

Individuals who are business caregivers and have been providing family care for more than one month.
Individuals who perceive a decline in their work performance from the start of family caregiving until the time of consent.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・同意取得時の前後1か月間に他の研究や治験に参加した、又は参加する予定の方
・研究代表者らが本研究の参加者として不適格と判断した方

Individuals who have participated in or plan to participate in other studies or clinical trials within one month before or after the time of consent.
Individuals deemed ineligible to participate in this study by the principal investigator or research team.
