サルコペニア高齢者の味覚特徴とサルコペニアの各指標との連関を明らかにすること。
サルコペニア高齢者における味覚の改善がサルコペニア指標に影響を及ぼすのか明らかにすること。

To elucidate the relationship between taste characteristics and various indicators of sarcopenia in older adults with sarcopenia.
To clarify whether improvement in taste function influences sarcopenia-related indicators in older adults with sarcopenia.

65歳以上の味覚障害既往のない成人

Adults aged 65 years and older with no history of taste disorder
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
・（味覚トレーニングを実施する場合に）MMSE23点以下の認知機能障害の患者
・本研究の参加を拒否した者
・スクロース、塩化ナトリウム、酒石酸、塩酸キニーネ、塩酸、グルタミン酸Naにアレルギーがある者
・喫煙者

1.Patients with cognitive impairment, defined as an MMSE score of 23 or below (in the case of implementing taste training)
2.Individuals who declined to participate in this study
3.Individuals with allergies to sucrose, sodium chloride, tartaric acid, quinine hydrochloride, hydrochloric acid, or monosodium glutamate
4.Smokers
