メンタルヘルス不調に対するスティグマ（無作為割り付け前，介入終了時，介入２ヶ月後 に測定）
Link スティグマ尺度日本語版（下津，2006）により測定

Stigma toward mental health problems will be measured at three time points (baseline, post-intervention, and 2-month follow-up) using the Japanese version of the Link Stigma Scale (Shimotsu, 2006).

本研究は、先行研究の知見を踏まえ、職場におけるメンタルヘルス不調に関するスティグマの低減を目的として、120分間の対面研修を介入として実施するものである。対象は管理職であり、本研修では職場で見られるメンタルヘルス不調のうち、特にうつ病に関するスティグマの低減を目的として構成されている。研修内容は以下の通りである：
(1) ラインケアにおける管理職の役割、
(2) うつ病等メンタルヘルス不調に関する基礎知識、
(3) メンタルヘルス不調を抱える従業員への対応方法
(4) うつ病寛解者による回復体験のインタビュー動画の視聴

This study aims to reduce stigma associated with mental health problems in the workplace. A 120-minute face-to-face training session will be implemented as the intervention. The target participants are supervisors, and the program is structured to specifically address stigma related to depression. The contents of the training program are as follows:
- The role of managerial staff in Supervisor Training
- Knowledge of mental health problems such as depression
- Approaches to supporting employees experiencing mental health problems
- Viewing an interview video in which a person in remission from depression shares their recovery experience
