1.年齢が60歳以上
2.2024年10月26日から11月4日に新潟県村上市および（一社）HAL Lab.の共同で実施された新潟県村上市高齢者体力測定会の参加者
3.村上市および（一社）HAL Lab.から説明を受け、体力測定会データの研究利用（オープンデータ化）に同意を得た者

-心不全入院高齢者-
1.同意取得時の年齢が60歳以上
2.心不全を発症し、入院加療および心臓リハビリテーションを受けた患者
3.本研究の参加について同意した者

1.Aged 60 years or older
2.Participants in the Niigata Prefecture Murakami City Elderly Physical Fitness Testing Session jointly conducted by Murakami City and HAL Lab. from October 26 to November 4, 2024
3.Individuals who received explanations from Murakami City and HAL Lab. and provided consent for the research use (open data conversion) of the physical fitness testing session data

Elderly Heart Failure Hospitalized Patients
1.Age 60 or older at the time of consent acquisition
2.Patients who developed heart failure and received inpatient treatment and cardiac rehabilitation
3.Individuals who consented to participate in this study

1.入院前より寝たきりであった患者（障害高齢者の日常生活自立度[寝たきり度]ランクC以上）
2.ペースメーカー挿入者

1.Patients who were bedridden prior to hospitalization (Daily Living Independence Level [Bedridden Level] rank C or higher for disabled elderly individuals)
