本研究の目的は，「アロマを用いた石鹸づくり」という作業課題中に，異なるアロマ香気バレリアン（Valerian：V），ローマンカモミール（Roman Chamomile: RC），レモングラス（Lemongrass: LG）が，主観的気分および主観的疲労感，および自律神経系指標に与える影響を明らかにすることである．

The purpose of this study is to clarify the effects of different aromatic scents Valerian (V), Roman Chamomile (RC), and Lemongrass (LG)used during the task of aromatherapy soap making on subjective mood, perceived fatigue, and autonomic nervous system indices

過去にアロマによるアレルギー症状や体調不良を経験した方

Individuals who are unable to perform soap making using aromatherapy, or those who have previously experienced allergic reactions or physical discomfort caused by aromatherapy.
